The Environment Network coordinated a conference for Cultures franchise owners in an effort to make them more “green” given that their public appearance is a “healthier” fast food option. The company had done a survey of their customers and they realized that their customers were demanding more environmentally friendly practices. This prompted the company to contact The Environment Network for assistance.

Utilize local expertise and resources throughout the animation process. Hold several community workshops and focus groups in a variety of settings. Involve health and social works and clients, environmental organizations and professionals, parent groups, service clubs and Town representatives in the process. Conduct a promotion campaign to engage the community while providing an educational focus.
